Wait what did the PO from NYC do to get arrested... you can't even be with the group, even if you're legal otherwise? i missed what she got charged with edit- probably reckless driving. THey didn't say her specifically, just said "several of the individuals" and listed several citable infractions. Can always get arrested for tailgating, going wrong way, over 20mph over limit etc. if they want to charge you with r.d. I'd be surprised if she was going nuts too though, probably just rounding up as many easy targets as possible.
As they plow through traffic and blocking the intersections etc......then they get mad when a car plows through them....
