Hakeem was, is, and will always be the Rockets. Saying that Hakeem is a whiner is like a Chicogoan saying Michael Jordan was weak and selfish and that's why he retired. Hakeem is one of the very few people ever in the NBA who should be allowed to voice his opinion and do whatever he likes whether it be playing one more year or five more.
