Unbelievable game! Happy for case. I wouldn’t exactly blame Texans since I’m sure he developed and got a lot better than he was here.

Don't worry the texans will trade for him when he is 40 to fight for the backup qb job.

    To be fair:

He had to throw the ball up, he threw the ball up, the WR made an amazing play, TD, game over.

His moxie, yeah, MOXIE in that game was Brees-like. Awesome to watch.

Wife and I watched almost all of his games here at UH.

Watched him get signed and cut by the Texans. Twice.

Watched him get cut by the Rams and his head slammed into the turf there.

I don’t think I’ve seen too many miracles in my life for people or teams I’ve rooted for but that was up there in terms of sports moments in my life. My wife was literally crying when they showed his reaction. He deserves it.

    Go Coogs.

Ryan Fitzpatrick was at least average under BOB but yeah they whiffed big time on Mallett..and Hoyer..and Savage.

Agree. He is the ultimate late bloomer.
He likely has an easier system that suits his style more at Min. as well.

Just more competent coaching and coaching by someone who actually wanted him. He wasn't going to look great under a Kubiak that didn't want to play him....to the point where he picked being fired over giving him a shot, a completely incompetent BOB, or Jeff Fisher.

My only criticism of Case prior to this year was that he couldn't get tds in the red zone. The field seemed to tighten on him. But I always though he looked good and moved the ball when he was asked to throw.

Just started reading about the Vegas freakout when the Vikes came back out and kneeled for the XPT.

I love this game even more now.

Brock, Hoyer, Savage, and Mallet fit better in BoB"s system.

Like Zobrist, he obviously worked his ass off to get where he is/was. Had some solid coaching on the way, obviously. Nobody predicted this back in the day. Yeah the Texans F*D up, so did a lot of other teams. So did the Astros. There are stories about players like this all over the sporting world. Hell, how about Drew Brees?

    Much respect to Case.
