Didn't even know this existed, awesome stuff!!!! Had to create a separate thread, don't care if you b**** about that. It's all about sharing this stuff so most of us can see it, nobody should miss this.

They go into some great stuff, loved the contribution of Kenny, Shaq and Barkley and them showing the end of game 7 of 1994 WCSF with Chuck pushing Dream and Max coming at him to talk about it. Wish Vernon would be more insightful about the game though, like why he would like to play in this era and how he would see himself, but I think he's actually too humble and doesn't like to talk about himself that much.

Kenny comparing Vernon to D-Wade, anybody feeling that? I haven't seen Wade develop, but I'd say no from what I've seen. I don't know if you can compare anyone to him, because what made Vernon was his defense, intensity and thrash talk. He thrived on getting into the game emotionally, then started firing from anywhere and hit or miss, he would keep throwing them up. Also he used to take things really personal and if he got scored on, would immediately come back and sometimes get into a shootout for about 2-3 possessions before settling down hahaha :)

The speed, ability to create since he could definitely get assists and lead in a lot of games so kind of like a combo guard, the defense, the threes. Does anybody in the last 10-15 years remind you of Vernon? Shaq says Eric Gordon and Vernon just agrees haha and they both can attack the rim, get past their man and shoot threes so I get it, but Vernon was a much better athlete, defender and facilitator. It's a fair comparison though.

With this discussion of comparison and thinking of the type of player Vernon was, I wish they would ask him about his talent and why he didn't utilise it enough. We all know he was good, but he settled for just being a 3pt bomber too often instead of attacking. He had great speed, was athletic and his first step was quick enough to get to the basket so he could've easily been better and an All-Star if he had played differently, I think. What y'all think?

With these opportunities of having old players come on a show like Inside the NBA, I just wish once they would discuss Ainge throwing the ball at Elie. I just have always wanted somebody today or even 5-10 years ago, to discuss that moment and how they felt about it. Just once, because Ainge was a dirty MF and people need to know.

I'm glad they showed different highlights of Max instead of the same ones over and over again. I like that fade away in Phoenix.

You didn't watch as much as I did. Vernon and Kenny were both quick guards who went to the hoop. Maxwell attacked the rim lots of times.
It's just because the championship era Rockets jacked up 3s because of Hakeem in Rudy T's system.

Maxwell dropped 51 points on Cleveland. He only shot 10 three pointers that game and made 4.

They're all legends but they all have a sense of humility that other stars from other teams lack. I'd rather hear Max's opinion on basketball then Kevin Mchale or Isaiah Thomas. We're all lucky to have such a great championship team

The old Rockets were much more real than the new Rockets, but this is how the NBA is now.
You can see the Rockets eating at the same restaurants and go to the same clubs as fans.
Even at strip clubs, nobody's bodyguards will beat you up because you posted something on facebook.
