Luke Walton is proof that potential Black coaches don't get fair consideration. I have nothing against him personally but feel that there are far more experienced applicants, especially Black ones toiling as assistant coaches waiting for their chance. Walton really didn't have enough experience and didn't spend enough time paying his dues to be worthy of being a Head Coach.
