I HATE THE DAMN JAZZ [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I think we will win tonight. We have to find some freakin way to contain Donyell Marshall. I am tired of making him look like the second coming of Dennis Rodman with all of his freakin rebs.

Does anyone beside me think that Carlos should be put on Donyell? I dont care if Donyell plays the three. Put Carlos on him to play some defense. Hakeem, Mo, Carlos, Mobes and Steve in crunch time.

I like that crunch time lineup. I think Carlos could play the three.

    Here's my prediction:

    25-20 Rockets after one
    55-47 Rockets after two
    77-72 Jazz after three
    100-94 Rockets Final

C Rog getting minutes, I like the thought of that. Let's see what Rudy thinks. Maybe he's reading. [IMG]

    Jazz....99

Rooting for the Rockets, predicting Utah to win. Lately, my life has been contradicting my expectations.

Back in grade school, someone would say, like:

    "I did my homework."

    "What?"

    "I did my homework!"

"So you didn't do your homework!?"

    "Yes! I did!"

    "So you didn't."

    "What?"

"It's opposite day. Whatever you say is the opposite of what you mean."

My bold prediction: Rockets will lose, won't win 12 in a row and therefore won't make the playoffs.

    ------------------
Chris Webber at the July 28, 2001 3:00 PM news conference when he announces where he will go:

"It seemed tough, but with guidance from Steve Francis, I learned my true destiny. That destiny is to play for the Houston Rockets, to bring them back to championship glory. One big man is all they need, and I believe I can fill that void. Thanks to the loyal fans in Sacramento, but Houston, Texas is where I belong."

Wow! Rockets are handing the Jazz's ass to them! The reason we are doing this is because for the first time ever, the refs aren't falling for the Jazz' flopping...

Also, the Jazz look dead tired from their game last night. THANK YOU DALLAS! Looks like our newly forged bbs alliance is working out. [IMG]

it's time to go 11-0 for the rest of the season.

in the off-season we should have clean-out.
anbody who don't give 100% get the hell out!
    especially Cato and Williams.

I predict the Rockets will gang bang the Jazz all night long.

I was in Section 226, Row M, Seats 6,7. The house was rocking until everyone bailed starting the fourth. Cant blaim them though. Being up 30 will do that to a crowd.

Damn that was an amazing game. It was almost as good as the San Antonio game. Probably better since we owe Utah soooooooo much. I just wanna say thanx to Olajuwon for coming back and uniting the team. We were a team. Complete inside and out. It was great. Kenny T and the Wizard outscored Utah in the second quarter by themselves 24-16. The bench was great and Cat/Wink put up great TEAM numbers. I really liked our defense too. One sour note was our lack of boxing out on the defensive glass. They had too many O' boards , even though we out rebounded them overall.

Two suprises. One Apology. Cato and Shandon played great. Cato played at his peak =(( and Shandon played up to his ability. I am glad Shandon made me eat my words. Sorry Shandon. I was suprised to see him on the court. Previous reports had him sitting out with a sore right foot.

Incredible team game , exactly what I expected all season. This is what we need to finish out the season with. TEAM offense/defense. We can beat anybody if we play with that much heart and hussle. Rockets finish with 12 win run. Final record of 50-32. 8th seed in West. Tied with Phoenix.

    Go Rockets!!! I BELIEVE!!!

From a Game of NBA Live 2001 I just played

    Houston 99
    Utah 98

    Francis 25 points 6 assists 5 rebs
    Cat 25 points 4 assits 5 rebs
(Sean Colson 8 points after Rudy takes out all the starters midway through the Third Quarter)

    Malone 19 points 7 rebs
    Russell 18 points 6 rebs
(John Starks 15 points 6-7 shooting)

We will be down 58-75 at one point in the third quarter before going on a 12-0 run to end the quarter led by 6 Mobley Points

Rockets take first lead on a Dream Jam 94-93 , Stockton hits a three 94-96 , Francis dunk and 1, 97-96 , Moochie fouled , hits two shots 99-96 , Francis fouls Stockton , Stockton hits two shots 99-98 4.0 left , Francis throws to Mobley who grabs the ball and launches a three with 1 second left , He misses but the Rockets win .

After yesterday's game, Malone and Stockton feel their age and combine for a total of 18 points. Their younger guys make it interesting in the first half before they run out of gas.

    moestavern,

The trick is to defend with the center. [IMG]

We do what we can to help out our Texan brethren. [IMG] Someone said that the refs weren't calling the flopping like usual. Did the refs also call the flying elbows and dirty plays like they did last night? Did Malone or Stockton get any techs?

Donyell Marshall is going to give us fits.

All your offensive rebounds are belong to Marshall.
