I'm not necessarily talking about replays all I'm saying they were blatantly cheated by the 3 refs out there.. how can someone pin the foul on someone 10 feet from the play some gambling/point shaving going on there
Oh well. Stuff happens. Not the 1st time Rockets got screwed. I dont want to watch 5 mins of official review for supposely a fast paced game.
Every single NBA game, there's an ineligible player playing 3+ minutes to close the game? News to me.
There should be a rule: 'any team that allows Austin Rivers to go off for over 30pts forfeits any rights to protest' Game should never have gotten to that point. Losing to the Clippers "B" team is embarrassing enough. Why compound the issue? MOVE ON. . . .
We shouldn't even need to come to our own defense on this one. It's the NBA that needs to be like oh ****, didn't that really happen? Quick, let's reconcile. SIL
Not all calls, just the one that foul or not foul someone out late in the game. The mistake here was obvious. It's absolutely possible to get this call right the first time.
So every game as a player play that's technically been fouled out? **** tell all of our players that's. Let's foul everytime, you won't get kicked out of the game. I'm a huge proponent of NOT replaying games, blaming the refs, etc. But in this case, it isn't the Rockets that need to save themselves. It's the NBA, that's as blatant as it gets. SIL
So, they're saying it's a long shot to get the last 3 minutes replayed because while the refs admittedly ****ed up, they aren't allowed to go back and use video replay to overturn the call?? So basically, this is completely pointless, and even though the refs were grossly negligent and totally incompetent, they are protected by the idiotic rules that surround video replay. What a charade. Also, the best part about this entire ordeal was Doc Rivers arguing with the refs when they called the foul on Lou Williams. Ummmm dumbass, the refs HELPED you with their shitty call.....
Should be interesting no matter the result, but wouldn't it be fitting for them to tell us to go fly a kite on Xmas day during a nationally televised game? Hopefully they take their time and get it right (the 2nd time.)
We need more than the local media to pick this story up to gain some steam. What was the score at the time? #mediaconspiracy
The problem is that Clippers had more people and much more energy. We were using a very very short rotation. Replaying last 3 minutes we would stomp them even if we used the same players because we'd be fresh. Only way I can see this being legit is if maybe we played the last 3 minutes at the end of another game like an overtime game.
