I bought at 0,02 and now it's nearly at 0.6, these are the times where you ask yourself why you're such a p****y and didn't take on a major loan. Fully knew ADA would moon, f***. I'll go all-in crypto next year, it's unbelievable how much money we are leaving on the table by being chickens.
I put in a limit order of below .020 when it was at 0.21. Then it went up to 0.27, and I upped my limit order to 0.21. Ended just doing a market order at 0.33. Maybe in a few days, I’ll be saying I should have just waited until it was below 0.2, but right now I’m kicking myself for not buying in at 0.21 and wondering if I should buy more at 0.53
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Think some people checked the ADA and XVG transactions these past few days and it looks like a controlled pump&dump facilitated by a few entities, already consolidating a bit and went from 0.6 to 0.47$ or 2933 satoshi to 2225.
Ok, I caved and bought just a little ADA at $0.48....still expecting it to drop so I can buy more, but needed to hedge my bet in case it goes up.
John McAfee shilled it hard this week and said all privacy coins will go berzerk in 2018. I'll invest, but it's said that the dev team isn't really good and they apparently already failed twice or something to release one of their most important protocols. Still probably a great short-term coin, the market atm doesn't give a F about technical details.
I had a lot of verge when it was $.002 I sold it all a few months ago because I got bored of its lack of price movement. Missed out on going 30x with my money. If the privacy coin fear of missing out begins, I suggest everyone to pick up pivx.
Anything McAfee shills tends to scare me. A few years ago people thought he had completely lost his mind. lol.
Per Tizzle's recommendations, did some research on ADA and came away with the idea that it's similar to Etherium, but with better technology/scaling/timing. Will be selling be trading at least half of my ETH for ADA, if not more. Also seems like IOTA may be a pretty good investment as well, has no transactional fees. BitCoin is the biggest name since it was the first, but for those holding for a "currency of the future", may want to get some invested in the best tech
Also noticed people's opinions on crypto's are one extreme or the other - it's a worthless bubble, or it's 100% the currency of the future. Why not some of both? Yes, it may be skyrocketing in value off of hype more than practicability right now, but that doesn't mean you still can't make a nice chunk of profit from it? Don't get the people that won't even sniff the idea of ever investing a penny into crypto's.
There is definitely a bubble that will burst... But there will still be a good handful of cryptos that "make it". Many of them have different purposes, so there is room for a decent number to survive and be long lasting. That's where the importance of diversification comes into play. All of us with money in crypto, following it daily, etc... Are probably much better off in a decade compared to the average dude that doesn't care for it. We are ahead of the game, relatively speaking...and for that, I'm happy.
ETH really bores me....Im thinking of selling what I have and getting ADA with that money. I hate getting rid of crypto, but dont think the future of ETH excites me much compared to others.
True. Yet it has gone from $40 to $700 in 9 months riding the cryptomania wave. Have to wonder how long that lasts when CB starts to list more and more.
