Is it just me or does RocketRiver always type in Haiku format? ------------------ "You have to think optimistic. I think it's never over till it's over." - Clyde Drexler after losing at home to go down 3-1 to the Suns in '95

There once was a great b-ball team Which lost a great center named Dream But he is now fine So Cato grabs pine And the Rockets will rise up like steam... oh wait..Haiku..I'm sorry. I was looking for the limerick thread.. ------------------ "It's finger ling ling good!" - Homer Simpson's opinion of Kentucky Fried Panda
Steve and Cat need help Hope Hakeem came back in time Cato has no sack ------------------ I'm about to boldly go where many men have gone before.
There once was a rocket named Kelvin Cato Who didn't know how to play well though. He ran the floor like he was stuck in play-do And lacked the heart to play every day no? He once blocked 12 shots in a game though So Rockets management emptied the bank doh! He bolstered that offense was not his forte That all he could do was dunk or stay away. He learned to be patient and not whine so much But in the end he lacked the presence needed in the crunch. For a tall fellow he played awfully small And barely could get a rebound if at all. In the end we did everything we could But all of the money wasted did us no good. Run this big fellow around the block And hope he falls down head first into a rock. Let it be told that bold statements do not Make a player play better so just let him rot. Now when I look out for the big kin I try to iron out the mice versus the men.
