If the Rockets want to do that, they'd better change the color to green and make Franklin and Benjamin moscots since capitalism has more influence over there.

 

I've been wondering about that myself. OF course the Rox could go back to the old red and yellow scheme which would match the colors of the PRC flag and olympic uniforms.

In Chinese culture Red is the color of good fortune so it couldn't hurt, for both marketing and feng shui, to have red uniforms.

 

They are there to promote the latest summer wear from the rockets i guess.

 

It wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that when the team asked fans what the primary color for the Rockets should be, 99% of them said red, would it?
