Damn. What a game. Just grinded that out with heart and defense. Having Super Saiyan Harden didnt hurt but it was the ability of Chris Paul to also take his man off the ball and dominate with drives and or dishes. Man........ ****ing love it.

What are we going to do at the end of games with CP3 and Harden on the court together? Exhibit A tonight.

    That turned ankle helped tremendously.

Going small helped a lot on both ends. The switching defense with Capela and Nene doesn’t work against their guards, it seemed.

Well I wouldn’t say that sincerely. Pillars and McCollum where just making a lot of difficult looks. I thought the contests where solid and there from the bigs.

They were getting the advantage speed wise but they kept their man in front and forced them into pull-ups. As a Big guarding a guard that’s what you want. Especially all the long 2s that Cj took

I hated those old mediocre irrelevant teams filled with power forwards, no stars and 0 top picks.

Don’t get me wrong I got love for Scola, Landry, Battier, ect .I just had a hard time really enjoying those teams because I knew we weren’t going to win anything and we weren’t going to get a top pick.

No way. Knowing Houston teams, they would have found a way to still screw it up in the end.

    wrong year

    2008-2009

    PG, Brooks, Lowry
    SG, Tmac Battier Wafer
    SF, Artest Battier
    PF, Scola Landy
    C, Yao Dikembe

We ended up taking Lakers to 7 games anyway without Yao, Tmac, and Dike. The biggest what if's in my life time of watching this team. Everything just felt right, and then everything fell apart

Half court in bounds alley oop from Artest was the Lakers series! He didn’t dunk it though!
