I’m in Austin and the Rockets games are blacked out. Anyone know any good safe sites to watch the games online? I have been a member forever and post rarely so sorry if this is the wrong forum or if it has been addressed before.
I’ve been using reddit since last season. Reddit streams. U can also choose the feeder so now I get to watch the Houston feed
I'm assuming you live in one of the zip codes that has Root Sports (or whoever broadcasts the games now)? NBA league pass doesn't black out in my zip code of Austin. Full access to every team is 200 bucks (might be prorated). You can get single team access for far less. To me, it's worth it. Ive had issues in the past with league pass, if the stability and consistent quality is worth the cost. The pop ups and inconsistent quality of some of those reddit streams annoy me.
If you want to avoid watching the game on a computer, league pass is great so long as you have a supported device. My Roku 2 won't work, but my Roku 3 does. Apple TV is good, a lot of samsung smart tvs work, amazon video cards etc.
Reddit is great. When I’m home I either use my Appe mini or Apple TV. To watch it on my tv. But most of the time I’m out or not at home during game time. So I just watch it on my phone.
I watch via league pass broadband on a computer. Had a lot of issues with the NBA TV app on a Samsung smart TV.
Are you on a Mac by chance? I've had terrible luck on my Mac Pro using Sierra and Safari. Maybe I need a better browser? Is my computer finally a dinosaur?
