I don’t see this playing well with the NASCAR crowd.

Geez. Even Hitler was a dog lover. Did we seriously elect the worst person alive or something?

Trump has lived in a absurd bubble his entire life. Part of that bubble allowed him to

    1. Never have a motivation or drive to have his intellect challenged(chose a difficult field of study, studying nuanced knowledge of his industry etc). It's why he doesn't understand the most basic concepts that most adult humans would understand such as the difference between life and health insurance.

    2. Not generate a normal range of empathy that the vast majority of humans have.

That's what happens when you nutt out of a 250 million dollar dick figuratively and literally. His dad was a dick. His dad made Donald 20x worse than he needed to be.

It's why you see him do weird things such as believing owning pets is unsightly or eating a pizza with a fork.

I thought he was really into cats. Isn't that why he got in trouble during the election? Like he grabbed a cat he shouldn't have?

I don't think anybody would have been very upset if he just stuck to petting Melania's cat instead of trying to pet everyone else's.

Well, idk, Melania might still be upset by it.

His base won’t care. He’s white and he’s in office. That’s the main thing for them.

It’s kind of strange not to like pets, but whatever. I suppose there are certain places they should be allowed and brought.

Still, this article sounds weird ...”an advisor said that Trump said” ?

does anyone question anonymous sources anymore, especially something as harmless as this? I guess when it allows you to hate on someone you already do it’s aight. It seems like everyone just jumps on the chance to spew hate whenever they can regardless of fact or fiction.

Name a time the Atlantic was caught fabricating a source.

We trust them because of precident. Publications like WaPo and NYT have over a century's worth of reputation to maintain. If they ever we're caught fabricating a source, their publication would end as their credibility due to over a 100 years would plummet.

It is weird to have advisers dishing on you all the time. I don't think I'd want to take a guy who is gossiping about me to reporters into my confidence.

The white and in office part didn't work so well for Bill or Hilary.

It is ALL about dog whistles and message.

Also don't be confused, a lot of his base would LOVE to have a black President that parrots all their talking points so they can then claim they are not racist. Having a black President claiming that minorities in America are false victims would give them a ragging boner that not even Roy Moore gets at the local middle girl scouts camping jamboree.

Quick, would you vote for a president who supported deregulating trade between the US and neighboring countries, supported don't ask don't tell, curtailed a lot of social well fare programs, was responsible for removing government intervention in student loans, and believed in balancing the budget?

No liberal in their right mind would support a candidate like that.

Don't forget the idiotic crime bill.

You'd think that a guy like that would be right wing nutcase's wet dream. But then you remember that he was not openly hostile towards minorities and, tragically, he failed to start any wars.

Interesting array of animals he wanted to bring...2 cats, a rabbit, and a snake? Why not a pig and some chickens while he’s at it? Lol...I was thinking a dog and a cat or something but man, bringing in the reptiles as well? To each his own...
