How does media (sans Beadle) reconcile a Spurs win: either Russ can't make others better or Kawliflower has too much help.

That said, I want the Spurs to lose (cause I want to put distance on them -- no away wins).

Anyone west coast here know if Spectrum won't televise the game cause it's on NBATV?

Cause if so that's straight up bullshit. I can't watch any Lakers-Rockets game. I know Clippers games don't get blacked out on FSN. So it's just now Kings and possibly Lakers.

I'm tired of hearing about Jamal douche Murray fronting on Zo. All fans here think this is an easy win against the Rockets, you just gotta find the open man cause Dantoni's D is miserable. I got some lakers and warriors fans to watch this with(if it works for us), this will be a route. We're going to steamroll them.

The game before though, that's going to be fun.

I was going to watch Spurs/OKC, but Pop benched the entire starting team except for Danny Boy.

OKC should win by 30 points, Russ with a triple double, shoots 8 for 31 FG, 8 turnovers, and wins MVP of the game by the media for turning the ship with his leadership

Your wish was Pop's command. No LMA, no TP, no Gay (and no Kawhi).

****, thanks for letting me know. I was going to watch that, too. It's actually funny, it's still no given OKC wins. Again, the talent drop off isn't HUGE when the 2nd unit comes in. Yes, having no LMA means pretty much a L, but I think it'll still be competitive.

Those are my bets, if anyone wants to play a game with this with something material(so skin is in the game), I'm down.

I'd be pissed if I were a spurs fan and had tickets to this game.

Why does pop always throw big game primetime must see tv type matchups.

Youd think he be interested in keeping a western conference opponent down.

Why not rest these guys vs pistons or heat?

Potential playoff matchup, he doesn't want to show all his cards and hopes to see all of theirs.

Miami and Detroit you only face twice a year, let the fans enjoy those 2 times. As opposed to more than likely 4, maybe even 3 times with OKC and WC teams.

Same way he didn't do ANYTHING for GM 1 against the Rockets, then completely flipped the script.

I'm sure that is his line of reasoning but I believe that pop may be getting too cute.

He has won enough championships and been successful enough to deserve the benefit of the doubt though.

These types of moves do have the potential to backfire
