    Sweet. I've always viewed Hinch as more pragmatic than dogmatic, which I would say is his biggest strength.

    It's a damn shame that Paul Molitor from the Twins won the actual AL Manager of the Year. Hinch brought this team to the promise land after not even making the post-season last year
