These are my tweets to him:

    1. First, it's Curry as the MVP b/c team record. Then, Westbrook b/c team record doesn't matter. Now, it's Irving b/c team record matters again.

    2. When will the media admit that they have some ridiculous bias against the person who leads the league in both points and assists, with the team that has the 2nd best record in the league.

    3. You're a respected journalist. Do your job better.

Lol. I was watching NBATV with some italian guy, Brendan Haywood & I think Sam Mitchell the other day. They were showing highlights of Boston and after the highlights the italian guy said "Kyrie Irving has to be the clear favorite for MVP". From that point Haywood interrupted "over James Harden? No way I agree with that". The bias is real. The media does not want to give the Rockets or Harden ANY credit. This after they predict CP wasn't a good fit and should go to Cleveland smh

Be nice to Stein. He already has the World Champion Astros, first World Series winners in the state’s history, breathing down his neck ruining each and every one of his days.

What you witnessed was an Emporer’s new clothes scenario in real life.

That Italian guy had been convinced by his desire to fit in with peers that Irving had the finest MVP robes on.

Then Haywood (who has no desire to fit in with other media members), shouted that Irving actually had no robes on at all and that Italian guy was exposed as the sheep that he is:eek:

    I.D.I.O.T.

I don't know if anyone saw this....but... STEPHEN A SMITH AND MAX KELLERMAN ARE SMOKING PCP!

This was the video at the top of this morning's Power Rankings on ESPN.

It was from 11/23 Thanksgiving Day....so not from this morning, but still doesn't matter...it's utterly ridiculous. Apparently these two decided to do drugs together after the OKC win against the Warriors. A win that got OKC from the low .400s to the high .400s. Oh and we beat Denver by 30 that night, putting us #1 in the West, and #1 in point differential. But despite all that....

Max Kellerman "They (OKC) might be the 2nd best team in the West o_O .... but they're no real threat to the Warriors."

Stephen A Smith "If you're the 2nd best team in the West then you're a threat"

They are literally saying this while the Rockets took #1....the WARRIORS are the 2nd best team in the West....and OKC was like 9th best record in the west....and now they're 10th.

Stephen A Smith is the ding dong that said Chris Paul made a mistake going to the Rockets after Melo signed with the Thunder. And he also said around that time that now with Melo, OKC is better than Houston. He's been real quiet about it, but after the OKC win against the Warriors he doubled down on stupid.

Lol those comments brought a tear to my eye. Stein is a certified dickweed. But, there are still plenty of assholes who are clamoring for Irving. We're gonna have to put up with this for 60 more games.

@stephenasmith You're a respected journalist. You have an impact on many listeners. They take your opinion as gospel truth- whether that's right or not. You thus have an obligation to, quoting Mr. Lee, do the right thing. Give credit where credit is due.

damn it doesn't help when we play the bottom feeders and even they up having their best players injured.. Memhphis with Connely out, nuggets with Milsap out, Knicks with Kanter and Porzi out.. and now freaking nets with their starting line up out.. Part of me enjoys this almost sure thing victory and it gives time for our super stars to gel, but its been a while since we have seen us beat a really good team.

true, but to the Rockets credit we are blowing these teams out as we should

I mean during the Celtics long streak no one really complained about the crappy teams they played (save of course GS) you play your schedule and the big thing I take from the recent victories has been the Rockets are beating these teams to a point where the 4th quarter routinely do not matter, much like how the Warriors have been the last few seasons

Ha sure if you want to pretend the first 20 games of the regular season matters that much.

There is one proven team in the warriors, for other really good teams, and you can talk them based on 20 games however you like.

And then there is everyone else

In that case why wouldn't you out CLE up there as well bc they too have proven to be champions regardless of being 1/3 in the Finals

Perfect for us not to have any focus. They can’t shoot their load over the Celtics, well kickass in the postseason

Celtics lose again. Guess the Warriors get to be #1 next week.
