    How is saying that somebody who gave his all is less significant than others? Do you measure a soldiers contribution by his rank?

    Looks to me like you are looking into that waaaay to much. If you come away with all of that from "Beverley is not Yao" then you are just looking for something to be upset about.

    Beverley was a soldier to us and nobody would disagree that he gave everything for us. He deserves a lot of respect and to somehow celebrate a moral victory due to his misfortune was not doing that... in my view. I had to respond.

    Beverley is very good when fully healthy, but his playing style does wear out his body. He misses some games, and other times he isn't near 100%. Credit him for toughing it out, but there are significant periods when his defense was more reputation than fact, when the coach would have Trevor Ariza guard the opposing star PG.

    Nevertheless, wish him all the best.

    Absolutely love Pat, and it's a damn shame this might hurt his last chance of a big pay day.

    Whilst Paul is undoubtedly better than Pat in every aspect of the game, his tenacity and attitude is what every team could use.

    I don't follow Clippers boards, but some of those folks have probably been gloating about CP's season-starting injury. If so, that was the jinx.
