    the two that I really dont find funny that everyone else(except for some of yall) find funny..

    Friends
    Raymond

    the show that everyone raves about how funny it is, but I only find mildly amusing at times..

    Seinfeld

    and in general, anything from a SNL alum in the last 10 years.(including the actual show itself)

    not funny.

    Considering the amount of abuse he normally gets around here, Im surprised he hasnt been mentioned before now.

    I havent seen Elf, and I thought Old School was horribly over-rated by many here. It was amusing in parts, but not knee slapping funny.

    Jim Carrey.

    That guy sucks. I have never thought he was funny, ever, and just cannot fathom why anybody older than age 10 thinks he should be a star. He was mildly OK as andy kaufman in that movie, but that has been the only thing of his that I've seen that I found tolerable....and he was using andy's material anyway, so it really doesn't even count.

    agreed. Will is still the man for his SNL skits, but I'm still waiting for that big movie that puts him over.

    Whoopi is an institution, I don't think she is very funny in a Jerry Lewis kinda way.

    Most of the people that think Carrot Top isn't funny have never seen him live. Have you R. Chocolate?

    Norm Macdonald was

    funny as a comedian
    Was NOT funny in either of his shows
    Is no longer funny

    Contrast that with Ray Romano who

    was NOT funny as a comedian
    was funny on his show
    and is no longer funny on his show

    Contrast that with Margaret Cho who

    was somewhat funny as a comedian
    was NOT funny in her show
    is once again somewhat funny

    Contrast that with Ellen Degeneres who

    was not funny as a comedian
    was funny in her show til everything turned gay
    is no longer funny but still gay

    Contrast that with JJ Walker (aka Kid Dynomite)

    was not funny as a comedian
    was not funny on Good Times but acted poor
    is still not funny but is now poor

    Contrast that with Jerry Seinfeld who

    was funny as a comedian
    was funny on his show
    and is no longer funny but still rich

    Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, George Carlin, Robert Schimmel, Buddy Hackett, Redd Foxx, Sam Kinison, Robin Harris, Lenny Bruce, Bill Hicks they all suck.

    That Don Knotts is a freaking riot.:rolleyes:

    3rd Rock from the Sun (very very few laughs)
    Queer Eye

    There were several shows I would have put on the list if not for reruns (Drew Carey, King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond, Will and Grace)


    People:

    Tracy Morgan outside of his SNL skits. His show isn't funny looking, I heard his standup stunk and he always has the same expressions on anything he does. But I always laugh because he's Brian Fellows!

    Leslie Nielson - the old guy can hardly draw a laugh.


    Dana Carvey - besides SNL/Wayne's World - I'm sad to say it, but the guy can't cut it.


    Movies:

    Birdcage (so not funny!)

    Dr. Strangelove - If I was born 30yrs ago, then maybe I would get it. But I just didn't laugh... I didn't find it funny, but I still liked the movie. George C. Scott is the man.

    Arthur - not funny...

    Bill Maher - The guy can get great guests to come on his shows. Maybe he would be better just being a booking agent and allowing someone who is actually funny host the show, like Dennis Miller.
