Yep, 31, new demographic. Ya. Real happy.
Aside from this old man's pathetic begging for attention (and since the birthday thing is now turned off thanks to shanghai), I have a question. Where should we go eat tonight? Think North Side, not too fancy, food must rock. Go!

How "north-side" do you want to go? Just outside the loop, or up to the Woodlands?

I don't know why everyone feels the need to celebrate birthdays. Especially in the work environment. It's such a waste of resources.

    Anyway..

    Happy Birthday Mulder!

If location isn't an issue, I'd vote for Fogo de Chao. Yummy.

OK...here are my choices for good places to go, not too expensive (i.e. not Tony's prices), central or galleria areas (I don't know too many places on the northside...sorry):

    Italian - Carraba's, Michaelangelo's, Mia Bella
Mexican - Ninfa's on Navigation, El Tiempo
    Middle Eastern - Ephesus Grill
    Sushi - Azuma, Kubo's
    French - Cafe Rabelais

    Have a great birthday celebration!

Mulder, this place is only 5 minutes from Willowbrook Mall (just get on 249 and take the Jones Rd exit). Trust me, it's worth it. Get the burrito grande. :D

    Oh, and happy b-day!

whoops, didn't see your post about the service. IMO, the food is the only thing that matters.

This place is awesome. I'd also recommend Rickshaw right up the street. Great ambience, and even better sushi.

I drive by it everyday home from work, I can't understand why it is so crowded all the time.
We have been several times now, so we gave them ample chances. Service is always terrible. No mas, gracias.

With the way they're playing, that would be more of a punishment than a present...
