How's it if we break it down age wise and could Harden and WB come up with this kind of performances beyond the age of 32?

Nothing short of spectacular, all of them though.

That's a great point. This was LeBron's 15th season, not his 8th or 9th. He's still in his prime though.

well talk about it when harden reaches 32 but for now
how about answering why lebron never did it at harden's age? particularly considering A LOT better supporting casts he always enjoyed
    TAKE THAT FOR DATA

Lebron will certainly go down as one of the greatest players of all time. Let's appreciate him. Our Rockets should rise to the challenge and beat the Cavs in a tough fight. That will be worth watching.

I think I might go as far as say Top 2 or Top 3 spot AT is reserved for him.

Harden must have been reading the sceptics who think his performances weren't more impressive.

    Surely tonight silences the arguments?

his offensive performance tonight was definitely >>>>>> Bron's 57. even with the 7 turnovers. his offensive efficiency numbers tonight were on another level. a bit affected since he forced some shots at the end though.

How am I full of it for thinking Lebron had the better performance? First of all this is a Lebron thread, I don't even have any idea why people would bring up Harden's game wtf. Are you insecure about Harden? Whu would bring him up in a thread that has nothing to do with him? I don't see you posting Harden's insane games in the draftees thread when other people post college performances. Why do it now?

Secondly Lebron plays a complete game, he plays on both offense and defense thats why his offensive performances are more impressive because he has to exert more effort to do those. Thirdly we all know Harden's game, he fishes for fouls a lot including hooking the defender's arm to get foul calls. Harden might have the better statline and more efficient game, but hooking opponent arms and flopping and fishing for foul calls aren't impressive at all. I'm a big Harden fan and I'm a fan of his game but his ft techiques aren't as the shots Lebron took here. Finally Harden had a lot more turnovers than Lebron, if ypunare talking about efficiency then those should also be accounted for.

Harden's 56 point game tonight was more impressive that LeBron's 57.

Harden's hairline is more impressive than LeBron's. Also, LeBron shot 37% in that game 7. If he was a little more impressive, he wouldn't have needed that mind blowing block or for Kyrie to hit the big shot.

Yes..b/c a bunch of layups with very little resistance under the basket translates to Jordans era dominated by skilled big men camping under the basket....MJ would be trembling at LeBron's crab foot work and incredible shooting touch with that bow legged stance.

We all know the playoffs are different. Games come down to mind blowing blocks and big shots. Not so much shooting percentage.
Hairline is without a doubt in Harden's favor! That boy went NUTS today!

MJ would be trembling at Lebron's jacked 6'8 frame defending him every possession. There's no need to do fancy schmancy moves in the 80's like crab dribbling or even utilizing his shooting touch because guess what, he can just rough up his opponents on offense and defense like how dennis rodman used to do it, except Lebron would be terrorizing the wing instead of the post.
