So I know someone whose daughter went to school with that guy and basically are family friends with them. She said that he's always had anger problems. Yeah. Same here. If people want to throw the ball back, I have no problem with that. I've had a long-standing rule that, having never caught ANY Major League ball, that I'm keeping it if I catch it. And I will absolutely use my size and reach to grab one before a child can get to it. They have decades on me to catch a ball themselves. Yet, as I discussed this at lunch today, it would definitely not be a centerpiece in my house. I'd feel pretty weird about it. If somebody wanted it for a museum because I think it broke a home run record, fine. If Puig asked me directly and nicely, not stupidly, to have it, I'd give it him. But I would neither celebrate nor throw it back if I caught it.
