They are probably going to get blacklisted by the rest of the team.

Most looked like O lineman based on their numbers. They do have the highest IQs the league so makes sense.

Damn. that will really show them!

I'm sure they'd never speak their conscience on behalf of injustice again after that humiliation!

It's crazy that these African Americans who are now spoiled millionaires, due to their talent and unique ability to undergo decades of unpaid head trauma, have not yet lost the gall to Sprague some truths to power.

By my calculus they're just supposed to shut up - only poors should complain. Like at #MAGA rallies

The way the Texans are playing...it shows players have pride and respect the game and their fans. They didn't let the owner's words affect their job.

I think Bob only cares about their performance on the field.... You know their actual job description.

Rediculous. I've probably used this phrase before in business settings. It doesn't mean keeping people down or putting your thumb on them...it means maintaining institutional control so that the organization can continue to function.

This reminds me of a Dallas city council meeting where a councilman referred to a particular program as a financial "black hole". One of the other councilmen thought he was being racist. I think the response was "why can't it be a white hole?" lol

Anyone with a fully functional brain who isn't emotionally compromised understands that what Bob McNair said wasn't offensive.....the problem is those who don't have a fully functional brain or who are emotionally compromised. Those kinds of people will always make asses of themselves.

Interesting that it never works the other way.

Reminds you who the real SJW snowflakes are.

This is actually tacking a stand and risking yourself. Kneeling at this point is easy.

Kneeling is so easy and stupid now. If they really wanted to make a point players should strike. That would be taking a stand and empowering. Can't play a game without players. The referees did it and it worked. Why don't they do something like that? Because it would cost them money and they not fixing to do something crazy like that. Rather weakly protest and keep my big fat check.

Considering you do this in every forum in nearly every thread, you describe yourself very well: Emotionally compromised. The problem is all of us here have to put up with your obsession of drawing attention to yourself with deliberately provocative posts.

Please screw your head on and get a real life.

This is what is called an ad hominem. It's common for people who don't actually have a counter to an argument. Be better.

Yeah, that's exactly what I said. Clearly I was saying they were stupid and humorless because they were black. I'm also saying the same of anybody that identifies as a Christian, as well as anybody with the temerity to display a full set of arms and legs. The only people I consider intelligent are Scandinavian Zoroastrian double-amputees. You see right to the heart of the matter as always.

I give the players the benefit of the doubt that it's an honest misunderstanding.

    You, I know better.
