    ............
I'm not upset by any means - but....... you were most certainly trying to undermine my point.

Anyway, I stand by what I initially posted; of the 50 players on these two rosters, I'd slot Giles somewhere between #s 25-30. He'll likely mow down most of the guys ranked 31-50; and he'll likely struggle with guys ranked 1-24. No absolutes as there are no guarantees but...

Can we trade Giles and a 2nd round pick to Cleveland for nothing in return? That would be a steal for the Astros. Probably never happen.

Sealclubber should be coming in here at some point to defend him or rattle off a bunch of lame A$$ excuses for him.

Giles is a poor man's Brad Lidge. At least Lidge was truly unhuttable for a time and he did win a world series with the Phillies. Giles is just bad.

I think maybe he isnt smart enough to be a high pressure pitcher. A lot of other closing pitchers seem to be more mentally there.

Hinch should have pulled his ass after ball 1 to the first batter he faced. I tried to pull for this dude, but I am done with him. If he pitches again they need to fire the the whole frgn staff

Trade Giles to the Rockets for Anderson. The Astros would gladly eat Anderson's salary
