    As someone who lives in LA, I wish that were true. It would help with the traffic. Sadly it just isn't the case.

    People are moving out of LA due to high housing costs. Many people can't afford to live there, but it's not because of taxes. It's because everyone wants to be there and there's only a limited supply of housing, driving property values sky high.
