It's getting to the breaking point I feel like. Yes, his social media was bad. He should be disliked for that. But is that an unforgivable sin? No...at some point you get over it. Yes, it sucks that he is not living up to his contract. But is it his fault Memphis made him that offer? What should he have done, negotiated against himself? That one is on Memphis management, not Parsons. As long as he works hard, does what he can to be the best he can be, even if he doesn't have any more good time on the court, it's pretty close to time that time where you get over it and consider Parsons a sunk cost.

This. Mgmt should have known he wasn't worth $20m from his stint in Dallas. The GM should get the boos. Still, for Parsons you have to start to wonder when fans for every team you've played for all hate you. There is only one common variable here.

I'm confused by the timeline here... Did they boo him after he said that he was going to treat home games as road games? Or did he say that he was going to do that in response to being booed? It sounds like it's the latter, in which case, why did they start booing him in the first place? Just cuz of how much money he's making while not producing?
