Kerr also played some funky lineups. He played 12 players. I'm overjoyed with this win, but I don't think Kerr was serious.

i actually disagree with the OP on harden's shot (this time)

in this case up 1pt we had to keep our guards back for transition D, so driving into the lane was just too dangerous.

also, weren't there only 10sec on the clock after his miss?

Harden needs to use his midrange. He's money all day

If you can’t let go and enjoy the wins as a fan, what’s the point?

I think it's on MDA to make sure we run a good play in those type of situations. If you leave it up to Harden of course he is going to trust his playmaking ability more than anyone else.

    This thread is clutchfans.

With Harden it’s perfection or crucification.

Uhh..grinding down every last second of the shot clock and not turning it over was the goal of that posession.

Scoring was distinctly secondary. It's a one possession game even if you do hit 2. And the Warriors launched a 3 anyway on the next play. (A 4 point advantage however is a huge deal - if you can get it.)

Driving to the basket, since the referees were going to let most contact go wasn't necessarily the promising action and the clock us wondering down so you get 1 pass at most . Did it have a higher pps or better risk reward than a pull up in that situation? Maybe? Hard to say.

    It worked, the Rockets win.

Tl;Dr version - counterpoint: your post sucks and please stop watching this team or enjoy the win and shut up.

Not gonna blame him for this one. He drove on the previous play but the paint was crowded and he missed the weird midrange

I swear, for some of you, if James Harden had saved your sibling's life you'd criticize him ("he could've moved faster") and add, "I wish it would have been CP3: THAT would have been cool......."

Yup, luckily we have LMM and PJ Tucker with the tireless effort and heart.

A lot of teams ISO when they are up and have a chance to close the game in the last ~30 seconds, lowers the chance of a turnover resulting in an easy score. He takes these kinds of shots by design, he drilled a similar three over Curry at the end of the first

The win isn't the distraction, your hate on Harden is the distraction.

    Exactly.

It was a great game, had my heart racing at the end. Even before the possible game winner was waived off all I could say to myself was "Damn, what a game."

I miss the old Clutchfans where everyone would celebrate a win against a great team.

Curry also missed a 3 on his last posession

Its a make or miss league. We won

Wanna talk about the multiple step back 3s that harden made during the game?

Or the fact that there were non calls like Mbah a Moute clearly being fouled and not getting the call.
