why waste mchugh here? Let Harris ride this out, not like we will win this one (most probably)

    it;s 2-3-2 i believe. really just need 1.

i don't really understand harris in there to face judge if you were going to use mchugh next inning. can't blow through the bullpen with peacock/LMJ on deck next game (possibility of short innings).

should've stayed with morton who owned judge so far

Well it wasnt gonna be a sweep. Yankees are legit and worthy competition. Still think its crazy some thought this would be a cake walk.

As long as keuchel and verlander win again we will be fine

Would have been a grand slam if not for the wild pitch...

I put it on mute for the ads during the pitching change... glad I did. F this. Lol.

Offense just needs to string some stuff together to build on for tomorrow. No big deal.

That's what I'm concerned about right now.

Our hitters don't look good at all right now.

The pitching isn't anything special from the Yankee starters. This is ridiculous.

It's not just this game; it's the whole series so far. The pitchers completely carried the first two games to victory. Altuve looks like he's ready to hit. Gurriel looks like he's ready to hit. Gattis looks ready to hit. But the rest of the team is standing up there at the plate in these way-too-relaxed stances. You're not going to be wound enough to hit an upper-90s fastball standing like that, George, Carlos, Marwin, etc. You're also not going to give yourself the chance to wait a split-second longer to take a ball or lock in on a moving pitch from someone like Sabathia who's only throwing 90. WTF, guys? Get coiled up and ready to spring at whatever comes to you.

This drives me crazy; seeing these guys looking so loose at the plate. Their hitting reflects it.

We play three at their place before the series comes back. But yeah, we need to win at least one of them.

Morton was better than his stats today, but so far, postseason, both he and Peacock have choked. And no Astros have pitched great outside of Keuchel and JV.

AND THE OFFENSE IS F****** UP

I was typing “at least Judge is still hitting like ****” as he proceeds to hit a home run.

My bad guys. I’ll take the blame for this.
