No question. When I make the road trip, I will definitely hit both places!

mc mark - I'm extremely jealous. That is one trip I really want to make but don't seem to ever plan for. What was the coolest thing in there?

A-Train - Is that the Speed Racer car? That reminds me of the time a girl asked how a german car got over here. I told her they must have taken the TransAtlantic Expressway. I'd had to tell her the truth before she told someone we were going to drive to England next month.

Our last road trip (2+ hours and not to a relatives house) was Destin, FL last July.

Went to Chicago back in June for my boy's wedding.
That was a long drive, but I enjoyed the hell out of it...
except when I actually tried driving in Chicago...what a nightmare, no wonder they have so much mass transit.

Note to anyone going to Chicago...stay in the outskirts ( we stayed in Joliet) and take the train into town...you will save your sanity.

The Negro league and women's league stuff was very cool!

Seeing Willie Mays' over the shoulder catch glove.

Aaron Boone's bat from the 11th inning home rub hit in game seven this year against Boston.

Touching the plaques of Willie Stargel, Babe Ruth, Nolan Ryan, Hank Aaron, Ozzie Smith (so many more!).

Seeing the program covers/Championship rings from all of the World series'.

The History of the Baseball uniform

    And sooo much more!

My last road trip with my buddies was Princeton, NJ to Limestone, Ma for Phish festival. There were 75,000 people going to see Phish and there were an additional 100,000 people going to some lobster festival.
Needless to say, with all the traffic, it was a very long road trip.
But the beer never ran out!
