you shouldn't judge someone on this BB by their post count, but by the quality in their posts ;)

I feel sorry for Zo though. The only talented and competitve Center in the east has to retire because of his kidney problem.

It's sad for Zo himself and the league. It could make the NBA final more interesting if he could only be healthy.

Again, the east teams are doomed.

    Get well, Zo.

What makes you say that? They went to the finals without Mourning...

    Why Kenyon Martin?

First off, Everyone on this board would hate him if he took more than two shots a game, because those would be shots that Yao should shoot anyways.

Second, he's not that good. He, like Jefferson, is just a great compliment to J. Kidd. On any other team, he'd be like Pippen without Jordan- mediocre at best.

Cato's played his role perfectly this year- he's not meant to be an all-star. His job is to complement Yao, which he has done quite well. JVG thinks this too, and is not moving Cato anywhere.

So can we PLEEEASE stop the trade threads????

with cato playing like he is playing, no way. Who is going to come from the bench when Yao gets tired or have foul trouble? and Kmart has a bad attitud and will demand BIG $$$

They lost their real coach (Jordan), Kidd's knee is worse than most realize and may require surgery, they lost the only decent backup he had over the summer, Byron Scott is a lame duck coach that'll likely be shot before the new year, Richard Jefferson depends on their system to produce and the system is falling apart w/o Kidd, and K-Mart hasn't figured out that he's not a top-ten NBA PF.
