    This thread is really long, so sorry if reposts.

    First video I ever saw on MTV. Blew my little mind. A TV channel... with nothing but music videos?!? zOMG.



    This was on a ton when I first discovered MTV. Probably the first video I got bored of watching again.



    For the early videos they just threw people on a soundstage with a ton of junk props and had them basically wing it. Really low budget stuff.

    ^^Funny thing - I just met that keyboardist tonight. Very nice guy & he's still with the band. He wrote "Faithfully" and Co-wrote "Don't Stop Believing"^^

    I don't know what it is, whether it's the Karate Kid or what, but for some reason I absolutely love this song and is in regular rotation on Spotify for me. First time to see this video, and I agree it's absolute **** doing the song no justice

    they should have made this the music video instead:



    Not sure if Depeche Mode has been posted, but I feel they were ahead of their time for their era (not specifically for this song but all their songs in general)
