With all the Lonzo Ball hype, he might only be the third best rookie passer this year. lulz

Please share highlights. Ben Simmons first game is tonight. (Embiid is out, though)

Notice the 2:05 mark above. Ball got an assist after Clarkson repositioned with a dribble. Expect Ball to get credited with many questionable assists like that by the Lakers scorekeepers.

Passing wise: Milos is more impressive than Ball, most of Balls assist are simple passes, created by the coaches offense + screens.

Dribbling wise: both will have trouble against the elite defenders of the league. They dribble way too soft and high.

I'm not impressed by the two preseason games of lonzo but then against again, it's the preseason.

9 Assists for Simmons. Lonzo might end up being only the 3rd best passing rookie this year.

    Check out this half-court, alley-oop.

Teodosic might have the most aesthetic passes but Simmons will be the best passer (though I don't know how you want to quantify that as). He had a great assist off a screen to a cutting Fultz that was very Bron-lite in terms of drawing in defenders and using his unselfish vision to dish it off.

We know what Milos can do. He can run a pnr and a half court offence.
About the other two guys I don't know yet.
So until i can see what they can do in the half court against set defences, I can't answer that.

But it's also not fair since one is only a rookie in name while actually being a seasoned veteran in pro bball with over a decade of experience.

Till now I'm more impressed by Simmons in comparison to Ball but the sample size is ridiculously minuscule.

After watching a little, Ball's not quick and he's not strong but he can shoot the ball a little and has decent instincts. I think there a good number of point guards that are going to eat him up.

If Milos can be half the shooter Nash was, look out!
