Question about JVG's 3 guard strategy

    I have noticed that JVG liked to use 3 guards (SF3+CAT+Nooris) sometimes. But whenever 3 guys appeared on the court, ROX would let opponent's PG or SG have wide open shots. Nooris didn't know how to defend. Moreover, when these guys appeared on the court, ROX was very weak in the post and missed many rebounds. I am very concerned about ROX (JVG)'s ugly offense.

    Exactly. Don't know what JVG's thinking. It's not creating mismatches when the other team can score at will. It's not controlling tempo when we can't run a fast break. I don't like any line up that involves Moochie.

    I hate the 3 guard lineup too. That was one of the reasons I thought Rudy had to go, but JVG has been using in more and more. Hopefully Piatkowski's return will end this.

    This has been my biggest surprise about JVG...the fact that Moochie gets as much pt as he does and especially the fact that he uses him in a 3 guard lineup.

    Moochie may have lost a lot of lard, but he still couldn't guard my grandmother, and his offense has been very weak. I just don't get it. I didn't get it when Rudy did it, and I don't get it now.

    VG is showcasing Moochie prior to a trade <------- that's my best hope.

    JVG should know that playing a 3 guard lineup is disasterous, esp in the western confernce.
