RIP to a true worldly icon

Don't know how I could have fapped without him.

Can only see the Playboy brand tanking from here forward

    He lived for 91 years

If I could live his life for 40 years, I'd be happy

Oh well I have 28 more to go

Empowering women while exploiting women. Somehow he pulled it off.

    RIP Hef

And all joking aside on my part, there really was some great reading in the magazine.

I worked for a guy years ago that had every issue to that point and in perfect condition. From Marilyn Monroe to whoever. I'd imagine some of those issues are worth a pretty penny.

    RIP

A petition to send @Jontro to the PB mansion? That's a lot of bunnies to go around, yah?

You'll find this funny - for seemingly forever, I used to get a subscription to Time Magazine from my mother every year for Christmas. It was just something she did, regardless of where I was living. As Time shrunk, becoming a shadow of what it once was, I told Mom that while I appreciated getting the gift all those years, to not to bother any longer. She asked me if there was another magazine I'd like instead. I laughed and said, "Sure, Mom. Playboy." She gave me Playboy every year for over 20 years. I have a ton of them stored away. My mother was the cat's pajamas. And yes, there was great reading in Playboy. That was kind of a national running joke, but it was true. Don't know what it's like today.

Before the internet...where did you youngsters find your dad's stash of Playboys?

My old man kept his locked in the gun cabinet, and between the mattress and box springs on his side of the bed.

My dad didn't try very hard. They were just there on the back of the toilet and stacked in his closet.
