What is this "competing with Portland for #4" BS I keep seeing? Dame/CJ/Jusuf > CP3/Harden/Capela??!! Ultimately, if Harden & CP3 can co-exist, our starting 5 + PJ, Luc, EGO, & Nene is just an incredibly deep and versatile team, so I still think we should be able to compete with OKC, SA, &, at least to a certain extent, GSW.
I hope we can get something for Clint. Because Chris and James are gonna make Capela's value go up even more while further increasing his chances of getting a max next summer.

Considering the complete roster overhaul, it's going to take time (if even possible) to integrate a guy who cried about getting the last shot, a historical inefficient chucker who only properly played team ball in Team USA with the biggest ball hog since Kobe. I think this is a sure bet, so when people say "We have nothing else to trade." it is not true. We just didn't trade our highest valued players to get Melo.

Very happy about this as a Rockets fan and great news as an NBA fan!! OKC with 3 ball hogs will be fun to watch. Just watch the media eat this up and say Melo puts them over the top and he's a great fit as opposed how horrible he would've been on our team.
