In the end i mean, we have Tucker, Mbah, Troy...Harden and Gordon would probably play some minutes at the 3 too so...Ariza is kinda expendable if you want. Problem is Ariza alone doesn't get it done, you still have to add Anderson or Gordon to match salaries.

Ariza + Gordon would be a wrong move, i think everyone agree with this. Ariza and Anderson eh...i don't really know at this point. I do know that you don't ever trade Capela in this scenario.

 

He's a 6'7 undersized PF dip sh it, which is what you and most people here complain about, undersized PFs.

Draymond is not an all star. A real all star is someone you can build your team around that can create his own shot.

I had no idea you can create your own criteria on the fly and tell us who is an all star who is not. Green was an all star in 2017 and that's a fact not an opinion(like who is considered a super star)

Nah, I think Morey will stand with what we have before giving up more assets for Melo. Rockets currently have the best backcourt in the NBA and could likely add Melo or Lebron next off-season. There's absolutely no reason for us to rush into this and offer up any additional core players, Melo will be a UFA when he opts out and we will get another chance then, if not then maybe we get Lebron.

I trust Morey. Melo is good but he's not a substantial enough upgrade over Anderson to where we need to be offering Ariza or Gordon or Capela as part of the deal.

 

Ariza is on a expiring contract, hes a win now vet, knicks want youth... he's far from holding a deal up
