This is gonna sound weird but has anyone regretted buying a club sandwich?

    I recently purchased a club sandwich but then I got some buyers remorse as I started thinking that I should have purchased a different sandwich. Unfortunately though I was locked in at that point to my original sandwich order and realized that if I decided to return it and order what I really wanted I would lose at least a few bucks on the original sandwich. Not sure in that situation what I could have done other than just suck it up and eat it. At some point I'll eventually get over it I'm sure but man it sucks to know that you got locked into a purchase like this when what you really wanted was a reuben.

    And on top of that, my ex, after being split up since May 2017, divorced since January 2017, is an obnoxious vegetarian going around telling everyone how my current deli meats-centered sandwich habits destroyed our marriage. Jeez, get over it already.

    Incidentally, my 2nd sandwich choice, which is the reuben for anyone that is still listening about my sandwich regrets, is available as a mail-order kit from a company called Zingerman's...hmmmm....I wonder if it would be worth trying?

    I have regretted making midnight nachos with canned cheese, though

    No but I very much regretted buying a 'Monte Cristo' sandwich from Bennigan's one time. The chicken inside was literally raw. I shouldda sued.

    Yes. I got one at Applebees once even though I really wasn't very hungry and paid for it with bad indigestion for rest of the night.
