    @TheCat just put out a podcast reacting to the Iggy article and talked about how thrilled CP3 was with our organizational culture and how he ubdoubtedly conveyed this to Melo.

    Coming from the Knicks, appreciating a strong organizational culture is going to be at the very top of Melo's wish list. For him, waiting a little but longer would be worth it to ensure he has that box checked.

    Melo will call their bluff.

    He loves NYC, obviously it is home for him. He'd likely rather stay home, keep his family home for another season than go off to Portland for a 0% shot at a ring. At least with the Rockets he has an outside shot (and a great shot at it if he plays like Team USA Melo) at it.

    Yeah....no.

    He's not seeing the ball in OKC. You have one guy who whines publicly about wanting to take the last shot and another guy who refuses to pass in the 2nd half of the 4th quarter, that's a recipe for disaster. Don't even tell me Westbrook did that because he had no talent, he did that same crap with Durant on the team.

    With Harden and Paul these two dudes will compete for who can get the most assists and Harden sometimes over passes and gets complacent and that's when you can let Melo fill it up and appease his volume shooting ways.
