    Just heard from my friend who works for the Rockets that the knicks are willing to wait until the trade deadline to deal Melo. They will not buy him out. He said that Melo more than likely stays and starts the season with NY.

    It's all because of our lifestyles. We aren't living life like people did generations ago. We are glued to a cellphone/laptop and don't realize how we've wasted countless hours instead of doing something fun outside. That could be the case for many of us. But another case is, we as a nation all work 8-10-12 hours a day by the time we're out of work the day is over and time passes away from us just doing the same job everyday. It's like you live the same day over and over again.

    Ah so the Knicks plan is to torture Melo as much as possible as this drags on... I'm sure other NBA players will take notice when considering NY in the future.

    The Knicks waiting for the trade deadline sounds very Knicks of them. It will be their last chance to get something for him. If they don't reach an agreement then he will either walk or opt in at the end of the year. They will have wasted a lot of time and money without moving ahead with their youth movement. By then they may think that Melo would either expand his list of teams he would waive the NTC for, or that Houston will panic and offer up too much. I don't see that happening. See Knicks, just trade Melo now, and we can all get on with our lives.
