    Well i dont know about save face but i think because holding melo hostage knicks value went up in billion also. I got an alert about this from clutchpoints

    This is interesting, I wonder how true it is, for example I kind of think the window has closed gaps due to internet/international fans. For example 10-20+ years ago the Knicks were probably worth a lot more vs other teams due to market size alone. I really don't get the NYKs though... LAL, yes... But the Knicks suck and aren't close to having a storied franchise other than the MSG. Perhaps that's because of SI trying to will the Knicks to beating the Rockets in 94, that I have more disdain for them :)

    Fanbase and tv money. Say what you want about the Knicks, the tickets are outrageous and that place is booming and loud as hell(unlike TC) every home game

    MSG's atmosphere sh*ts on TC's even tho we usually have a playoff team and they usually have a 30 win team :(

    I wish so badly that our home games were as loud as GS's, Boston's, Portland's, etc

    will be so embarrassing if we had Melo, CP3, and Harden on the same team and our games are looking like this at the tip with the place not even being that loud on a consistent basis
