    My mom finally got flooded this morning. She lives on the west side and it slowly crept in. She was pretty distraught but she is the type of person that would flip out about anything I her house. I got grounded for a few weeks when I was a pup for kicking a spare ice cube under the fridge. But ya she will be alright, her sister lives down the street and she is fine there.

    CBS did not say when anything would recede, only when it would peak.

    White Oak is not recording any observation. I'm assuming it has reached unprecedented levels.

    the graph appears to be measurements, not forecasts of crests. Brazos at WC is forecast to crest at 40 feet at 7pm on the 30th. 34 feet at 7pm on the 29th.

    So many homes could be flooded if the Brazos reaches that high crest and a lot of people are still there.
