are yall good tho bros? my parents house around the cy fair area hasn't been flooded so they have lucked out so far. A bunch of friends from the memorial area had their houses damaged pretty badly.
In a normal situation, having your house flooded, even if its under a foot, decreases the market value of your home. I'm wondering if the scale is just so huge in this case, it won't really affect home values for homes that have never flooded before. (after they are repaired)
