And more breaking news; Both Nick at Nite channels will be renamed The Cosby Show channel 1 and The Cosby Show channel 2
History Channel is to be simply named The Hitler Network. CNN of two summers ago: Chandra News Network FOX 'Who's Elian?' News TLC -- The station for Yuppies; and now a 24-hour Trading Spaces marathon!!!!
The Shawshank Redemption is my favorite movie. I love it. At first, I was glad TNT showed it every once in a while. But Jebus Freaking Krispy -- ENOUGH ALREADY!
USA used to be the Red-Headed Psycho Channel (due to their repeated viewings of the Problems Child movies and Child's Play 2). VH1 is the Gen X Nostalgia channel (due to the incessant repeats of those 80s shows). After 2AM, both E! and Comedy Central are the Girls Gone Wild Channel.
mommy, make the bad man stop! how the hell this started replacing cheers as the most played show is beyond me. cheers has gone from 2 hours to 30 minutes a night, pisses me off.
I miss the days of shows like "I Married Joan", "The Loves of Dobie Gillis", "The Life of Riley", etc. on Nick at Nite. I've been watching Cheers and Cosby in syndication for years, how about showing some classic television that most people have never seen?
Which network executive's nuts do I have to lick in order to get some friggin' NIGHT COURT reruns?!?!
and i love USA for this. problem child 2 is probably one of the most underrated movies of all time. the peeing in the lemonade pitcher and "tangy" comment was hilarious. also the carnival spin ride/vomit scene ranks 2nd behind "stand by me" in the best throw-up scene category.
Oxygen - senior citizen sex advice channel E! - should be the NVE! (not very) since Greg Kinnear left Talk Soup. MTV - NMTV Ch.2 - The "when the hell's Dominique Sachse comin' back on" channel
The Travel/Discovery Channel will now be known as: 1) World Poker Tour Channel 2) Monster House/Garage, etc...
