I mean there is just no way I'm including a future 1st for Melo. Now way. You might could talk me into including the rights to Isaiah Hartenstein or Chinanu Onuaku or something. That's about as good as it gets.

 

Our first in 2018 is gonna be 28-30 range

 

Perry taking care of PR. Told the team they should have a united front obviously lol. Certainly an improvement for the Knicks, still won't work. They are not holding Melo hostage unless it costs Perry's job within 2 years. Perry is not going to risk his own job for Jackson's screw up. He's not going to alienate Ntilikina's agent over this either.

Don't worry guys, Melo will be ours before the deadline. No one needs to make a scene. We don't need to get impatient. We need Melo in the playoffs only, before that we are a 60+ wins team anyway. Perhaps they're hoping Morey will blink or Melo will give in, which is hilarious. Anderson is going to look better when there's half a season less of his contract to take on and his shots are more wide open than ever in his life.

IMO, Melo is a win-now move. It makes more sense to give up a 1st rounder than Eric Gordon or Clint Capela, especially since it's guaranteed to be in the 20-30 range; a Sam Dekker part-2.

Get Melo and you never know what happens. Suddenly Lebron is knocking on the door, and several other free agents.

whats the infatuation with a low 1st round pick? lol some of you guys will actually let a late 1st round pick stopping from the trade going through?

 

If it's the first Rd pick that is the hold up then let that **** ride and let's get this done. **** that first Rd pick.

 

Why not? It would be a bottom 3 pick probably and with Melo we have a legit chance to lore Lebron,wade, and whatever vets. We could potentially compete for a ring the next 3-5 years

 

A pick or even two picks is not the hold up. We cant trade our 2018 pick. We would be more than happy to include the 2019 first round pick but that does nothing with regards to getting closer to a deal.

 

I hope I'm not the only one who reported this. I'd like to think this site is better than this. Also wish I could report everyone who liked it, honestly.
