    As a Knick fan I hate it. They want to make Melo's life a living hell. Not even all of them, just a small segment.

    Do people remember when there was the debate about trading Tmac? Alot of people were hoping to get another star back. Well it isn't happening. Just like it didn't happen then. Melo is starting to hit the last of his good years. The knicks should feel lucky if they can somehow swing in Bledsoe and Harkless if anything. They just have homerism glasses and probably don't realize the man is 34 and not 24.

    I don't post here much. I have been here reading all of the threads anticipating the so called " imminent ". I have this strange feeling though that Zhou Qi
    Is what is going to make this deal work. New York knows that he is a cash cow if he pans out.

    SVP just did an interview with Melo on Sportscenter...and I thought it was very telling. The sense I got was he made it clear to NY where he stood, indicated there has been dialogue with NYC and that they knew where he stood on things. He said winning was all he really sought at this point in his career, and obviously that's not attainable in NYC. I've been feeling good about a trade ultimately happening with Melo - sending him to Houston, and watching this interview makes me even more comfortable with that thought.
