Two Scoops hires Mooch, says great things about him. 5. Mooch comes in, even imitating Two Scoops gestures, praising him bigly. 6. Mooch keeps praising Two Scoops but starts acting completely crazy, insulting many others in the W.H. ... 10. Mooch completes nasty plan to completely undermine and expose the insanity of the Two Scoops W.H.
He DID say this morning that "some in the administration take it on themselves to save the country from this president." (Paraphrase) Maybe he was undercover revealing his plans!
Well, the only other plausible explanation is that Two Scoops has, like, a communicable form of mad cow disease and people who spend much time with him start an accelerated path to madness. Mooch was not a dumb guy as of a couple of months ago. Tillerson is definitely not a dumb guy, but maybe he doesn't spend much time close to the Scoops.
