    OH, MY EYES!!!

I feel like I should've been watching George Mikan instead of Yao Ming with the scoring in this one.

NBA Basketball...it's fan...uh, sorta boring and pretty ugly but..uh, nevermind.

No, and sadly that's not the only thing. Shooting, passing, fastbreaking, you name it. It seems that as players' paychecks get bigger and bigger, the basket gets smaller and smaller.

dont know why everyones b****ing about the bad shooting, what else do you expect on a back to back double overtime game. Philly's always a low fg% team and our defense lowered it even more

It's an ugly game, but its mostly understandable because we are playing the 4th game in 5 days including a double OT game. Its obvious that guys are tired. So I am very happy that they pulled out the win even though nobody can shoot tonight.

Allen Iverson is some contagous voodoo guy, stay away from him ! And don't compete with him with missed shots.
Our boys got triple double, Francis and Yao, points, rebounds and missed shots. Yao is shooting some turnaround hook. This is some funny sh*t. Now just go home relax and forget about this game.

The positive thing is Steve did NOT jack up shots in the 4th quarter after he was benched for a while in the 2nd quater.

Looks like defense win this one for Rox. See what i mean if they let Yao shoot more???? You get a WINNNNNNNNNNN. Good things will come out of it wheather he misses or not. They should continue doing that and not letting the guards shoot too much.

Yao's shooting % is not bad.

    He is 33.3% (5/15), above team 32.5% :)

What an ugly game to watch. It was almost as unbearable as watching us lose to the Raptors. 3 minutes left in the game and I think we had like 6 turnovers, two 24 second violations, two TOs from Yao on an offensive foul and bad kickout pass near the baseline, two turnovers from Mobley, one from a bad kick out pass, and another called traveling when he was stuck in the half court, and I think another turnover by Steve who was trapped in the backcourt as well. And the few times we did get the ball without turning it over in that 3 minute span, we forced prayer jumpers that not even Jesus Christ would want to save. And that's just that 3 minute span. Now imagine at for a full 48 minutes and that's what this game was like. I will feel so depressed this season if I'm stuck watching basketball like this for the rest of the season. And while I realize that winning is the most important thing about the game, it pains me to watch a team play that bad. The quality of NBA games has gotten worse over the years so bad, it makes me cringe sometimes.

I think Yao is becoming more and more aggressive, from the statistics , you can clearly see that.
Yao gets more and more rebounds,I think this is very important for a center,to control the game.
I believe Yao will become one of the best center in the league.
    He need just time.

I caught the last three minutes. Every single rocket looked like they were going to collapse onto the floor at any moment. I mean they looked like death itself. I don't think they're going to recuperate by Wednesday either.

You can't expect angmore,we win the game.
Just yesterday, we played 58 minutes. They are too tired to give us a good game. But they won the game, this is the most important thing we should care about after 48 minutes's struggling. After this game ,we get closer to the playoff.

So who are "the best center(s)" in the league? OK, I know Shak, but don't you mean a bunch of them?

Heh, hard NOT to get 10+ boards with all those missed shots, it was like everybody was doing their best Eddie Griffin impression backin his hometown...
