I have NEVER seen a thread with 0 likes, and the first burn response getting 25 likes. Well done, OP. You are doing it right.
Ryno is way overpriced and we knew that when we aggressively pursued him. We were willing to overpay for him because his offense was expected to thrive in the D'Antoni system, especially when paired with the likes of Harden to draw defensive attention. You win and you lose some, Gordon was a great pick up, can't win them all. What we witnessed last year was Ryno being forced to create for himself far too often which was not how we envisioned using him (anyone remember the drive and spin move that had a 99% failure rate?) - last year was quite the disappointment. Option 1 is still to trade him in order to upgrade the team but the reality is we overpaid for him and it will be hard to find any takers who would consider that contract Ryno is on to be 'good value' - let alone want to trade a valuable asset for him. Teams he fits on (that would want him) are limited , teams with cap space are limited, teams with assets we'd want are limited so applying all those requirements to make a trade make it quite difficult. Realistically with the addition of CP3 with the ability to create for others WITH Harden i think could turn things around for Ryno for what we envisioned him to be. Popping wide open 3s rather than trying too many drive/step backs/shitty spin moves. I'm ok with giving him another chance, mostly because I don't see a viable trade option but also because CP3. See what Morey can whip up. #justmy2c
Wow, that's some prayer. "Dear Lord...........maketh of the OP a rookie, that he may see the error of his ways. And maketh him remove 'genius' from his username. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."
This is why more people shoulda voted @FTW Rockets FTW as a mod. The OGs are trippin and letting people like @Carl Herrera and genius run amok with troll threads. Clean it up
