    When I finally read: The Rockets and Knicks have agreed to send Carmelo Anthony to Houston in exchange for X and X, THEN, and only THEN, will I get excited.

    I watched Elvin Hayes play UCLA/Alcindor in the dome, then followed his career to San Diego and became a Rockets fan when they came to Houston. As a youngster , remember going to Colts 45 games with my cousins and sit in the heat/humidity and fight off mosquitos. ( my first introduction to those "pix" things you'd burn in the stands to deter the bugs) And in all that time - this is the first time I can put " Houston ______ News " in my browser, swap " Rockets/Astros" back and forth in the blank and hit refresh all day. How good is that?

    I love when I get "knowledge" from NBA fans about how Paul and Melo will crash and burn. I guess since I never missed a game last year and they saw maybe 4 they would know more about the chemestry then us.

    The hate from around the league can be felt. Hence the uptick in trolls coming to the board. When you have nothing good to say about ur own team, make sure u take the time and troll other boards. We should be honored they spend hours focused on our team. When Melo gets here prepare for battle, cause the hate storm is brewing

    Yeah lol. Its hilarious seeing youtube comments from people like they understand the rockets and you know they only saw maybe 2 nationally televised games in the season and like 3 playoff games of us

    No way would that be the most hated team. TBH, all the hate for Lebron is over now. He's already had his "heel" turn, and is now the babyface again. The Warriors juggernaut will always be the devil of the league, any team fighting that will be the inspirational team, the giantslayer who doesnt back down. It doesnt matter what roster any team assembles, if they are aiming to combat the warriors, they will not be portrayed badly.
