Melo didn't prefer Cleveland when they had kyrie what makes him
    Prefer them without

With that said cavs have more trading leverage now and maybe Melo would accept a trade to cavs

If this happens I'm scared. D Wade a free agent CP3 and Lebron all can team up in Cleveland

    We can't be dealt.

    1. No trade
    2. He was just re-signed so he can't be traded till December

If that was CP3and Melos grand plan then Melowould not be so adamant on coming to Houston. Lebron is leaving next season and the question is to where

Lebron and Melo play the same position. And if Love is still there instead of Irving, it seems like they have too many forwards. Trading with Cleveland for Irving would definitely make more sense for the Knicks though.

Gilbert has smoooooothed the road for LBJ to head from the lake to the ocean. It might make great sense to break it up today.

Lebron, Frye - - Ingram, Brook, Randall, picks ... as a basis
    Kyrie - - Bledsoe, Chandler, a young piece and a #1
    Love, Shump - - Crabbe, Harkless, a #1

They start their rebuild with Gilbert and Lebron safely protected from the public. They also save $$$ and add a passel of picks.

Then the Rox can close on Melo.

    Hou: Melo

    MIL: Kyrie, Ryan Anderson, Shumpert

CLE: J.Parker, Brogdon, Thon Maker, Kyle O'Quinn

    NYK: Monroe, Teletovic, Hawes, Hou's 1st, MIL's 1st

CLE get huge salary dump and a package of promising young players, NYK help CLE takes salary and get total two future first rounders in return, MIL package their young prospects and some bad contracts into a star Kyrie and starter power forward Ryan Anderson

Denver should come up off Mudiay easily in a Kyrie trade. He has talent but hasn't developed at all, plus he is from Dallas. Scust..

Looking at this all wrong. We should trade Harden for Lebron and guarantee we get Melo.

Cavs won't get a better deal next year when Lebron leaves. Lebron can form his banana boat in Houston.

Very solid team, might give he warriors a run.
    Wait for Dwade buyout.

    Cp3
    Ariza - Gordon
    Lebron - Luc
    Melo - Tucker
    Capela - NeNe - Black

Where is harden at? lol. I don't think rockets is going to screw him over as he has been the face of our franchise for the last few years. He is going into his prime.

You're funny if u think the Banana Boat crew would choose to finish their careers playing for Dan Gilbert in the city of Cleveland. Lebron is leaving that organization, and for good reason.

Harden is not getting dealt, stop the unrealistic crazy talk

    CP3
    Ariza
    Lebron
    Melo
    Capela

Lebron isn't dumb, that's not beating the Warriors...

    @The Cat

Just to be clear, melo has prioritized Houston according to reports but WOULD also accept a deal to cleveland.

If ny puts together an offer for cleveland that is stupid with draft picks young players and melo and cleveland likes it, melo isn't going to refuse to waive the no trade.

    Right now the questions are:
    1) will cleveland actually trade Kyrie? Sounds like they are going to try
    2) does Cleveland has any interest in melo?
    3) will someone offer a better package for Kyrie than say melo, 2 first rounders and hernangomez? Will ny offer something like that?

I'd be surprised if they trade Kyrie to ny for a melo package but if ny wants to give up a ransom for Irving they could probably make something work. Regardless, melo will go to Cleveland if they make a deal for him. That's been made clear. He prefers Houston but won't turn down Cleveland.

Not a bad deal. I'd think Knicks would try to force Melo to Cleveland tho. Try to do Melo and 2 unprotected picks for Kyrie which would land the cavs luka doncic next year...
Melo would have to save them and decline the trade thru his NTC

we don't know how Melo feels about Cleveland now. We got Schultz saying a deal is being discussed with NY, Cle, and Phx. Then we got Isola saying Melo only wants to go to Houston. Waiting on Woj to let us know what Melo really feels

I'm not sure that's true. That team is drastically different without Irving.

I think Knicks have to take Anderson salary dump back in any trade for Kyrie.

This 3 way Houston-Cleveland-NY Is complicated tho. It's hard for me to see a good 3 way.

Best return each team gets back would be separate
Cavs would get much better value trading Kyrie to Denver or PHX straight up compared to doing this three way where everyone is happy

Knicks on other hand have no choice. They must send Melo where he wants to go. He can't be forced to cavs.

    So Kyrie to Denver
    Melo to Houston
Anderson dump looking impossible by day

That's what a smart GM would do.

    Trade lebron and kyrie

    For 4 first
    2 all stars
    2 potential young players

But I see cavs going about this all wrong keeping lebron and trading kyrie for win now pieces

And lebron leaves after this year

They look back at everything they would have had if they just took a jump
