    Nope. What happens is the Rockets win and get our hopes up. Steve gets 7 assists and people say "See? We don't need another PG!"

    Then later in the week the wheels fall off...

    Okay, enough pessimism. We are a better team than last year. JVG is gonna reign in the guards, especially if we get Piatkowski and Adrian Girffin come back. We may regress time to time but overall we are getting better.

    We got this game we allways do good the second game of a back to back game. To bad we dont do good the frist game too :(

    Sorry, a loss, although Rox better win this one.

    Rox can't afford loss like yesterday. 2OT for nothing. I wish SF3 regret the stupid play he made.

    They are tried tonight and they have to face running team like Phily. That is why it will be a loss.

    Worse, They will start a brutal road trip against Portland, L.A. Clippers (much impoved), Utah (still doesn't suck), Sacramento, Seattle.

    It will be ugly.

    I don't care if we lose as long as they show some semblance of ball movement on offense.

    This game will tell us a lot about Yao's conditioning. If he can play a solid 25-30 minutes after the 50 minute Toronto nightmare, maybe he's in better shape then I think. If we had an off day before this game, I'd pencil it in a a win. With the heavy minutes by the starters yesterday and the slim bench... folks, it don't look good. We need Taylor, Piatkowski and Adrian Griffin back asap.

    I bet steve is gonna screwed up again in this game
    he usually does when playing against one of the better guards
    he tried to do too much and by himself
    rememeber playing against marbury, jwill, jkidd, parker....etc

    hope he can redeem himself this time and stop "playing like a fool" (quote from jvg)

    Why does everyone on this board run the Rockets in the ground. If you are a fan act like one. That means you support and encourage the team no matter what. Many people here are "Fair Weather Fans", you all know what that is and it is the worst thing to be.
    The Rockets are my favorite team no matter what, so they WILL beat Philly, and even if they don't I know that every team has to lose and I will not come in here the next day bashing the players and making trade threads.

    As you can tell I don't post often, so I will now take my soapbox and go back into hiding.

    SF and cat will compete with the "answer" on playing ISO and yao will be tooooo tired to play 30 minutes. JJ will stand up big making up, but ...

    No, I don't think so. I think Pike is ready but hasn't had enough physical contact because there haven't been many practices. So he has to wait. Griffin I haven't heard much about.
